Please find the full Agenda for the 2026 London City Pool League AGM here. (A copy will also be shared with captains).

The AGM will be held at Hurricane Room Kings Cross on Wednesday 9th September, and will start promptly at 6:30pm.

 

All teams entered in Winter League 2025/26, and Summer League 2026 are eligible to vote. Each team has one vote only.

Please review these motions and nominations with your teams before the AGM.

I remind you that any team in last year's Winter League, who plans to register for the 2025/26 season, must be represented at the AGM; otherwise, a 3 point penalty will apply.

NB If no representatives can come in person to the AGM, a team captain can vote by proxy, or advise the secretary of their team's votes in advance (in writing).
