AGM

The League’s AGM for 2026 will be held at Hurricane Room Kings Cross on Wednesday 9th September at 6:30pm.

 

All teams intending to enter our Winter League 2026/2027 should have representation at the meeting in order for them to have their say on the various changes and proposals that are put to a vote. We will consider changes to the rules for the upcoming Winter League season, Summer League 2027 and the League’s Constitution. 

 

Any member of the league wishing to propose motions or individuals for committee positions should send these to the League Secretary via the following form:   https://forms.gle/8v1bMmuJmommbgDUA by 22nd August. The agenda and nominations will then be shared with all captains for discussion among their team.

 

 

All Committee positions are up for re-election. The responsibilities for each of these can be found in the League’s constitution. Interested people can also speak with any of the current Committee to understand more.

All suggestions should list the clause(s) of the rules or constitution that they wish to change (e.g. 1.1(a)), and the exact proposed new wording.
