The League’s AGM for 2023 will be held at Hurricane Room Kings Cross on Wednesday 2nd August at 6:30pm.

All teams should have representation at the meeting in order for them to have their say on the various changes and proposals that are put to a vote.

Any member of the league wishing to propose motions or individuals for committee positions should send these to the League Secretary (secretary@londoncitypool.com) by Sunday 22nd July. Agenda and nominations will then be shared with all captains for discussion among their team.
All Committee positions are up for re-election. The responsibilities for each of these can be found in the League’s constitution. Interested people can also speak with any of the current Committee to understand more.
Richard Phillips (Secretary) can be contacted privately by anyone who wishes to propose a motion for the AGM agenda for advice to ensure the motion is acceptable. All suggestions should list the clause(s) of the rules or constitution that they wish to change (e.g. 1.1(a)), and the exact proposed new wording.

At the AGM we will consider changes to the rules for the upcoming Winter League season; as well as the League’s Constitution. Amendments to the Summer League rules will be voted on at a separate meeting in the first half of 2024.

We currently plan to hold a quickfire singles competition following the AGM in order to crown our Summer Singles Champion. Format to be dictated by number of entrants.
